1940: Coqualeetza Residential School closes 

1941: Coqualeetza Indian Hospital opens

1954: New hospital wing opens

May 3rd, 1976: Stó:Lō occupies Coqualeetza grounds – 26 arrested 

1985: Stó:Lō Tribal Council established 

1985: Stó:Lō Nation Canada established 

1994: Old hospital/barracks renovated into Stó:Lō Nation Canada unite to form Stó:Lō Nation 

1999: Si:ya:m Lalem, Stó:Lō Government House, opens
